a) Dialust provide assistance and advice throughout the work.Delivery  by the supplier and customer acceptance means mounting:
- structure
- walls
- the roof with all accessories and rainwater systems
- windows
-  stairs,
- entrance door,
- floors
 


The price of the houses is about 275 euro / sqm.
Price includes t.v.a. and assembly.
CAUTION: The price includes the building's exterior finish, insulation and all materials described in Chapter Products (door, windows, roof, stairs ...) and can not be called "redhouse" because after execution of interior finishes and the installation of roof insulation house is "atkey".
Terms of payment;
- At contract signing is paid an advance of 30% of the value
- At assembling start a second installment is paid - 35%
- At final reception and acceptance is paid the difference of 35%.

 
 

b) We can manufacture at customer demand, houses after his project
Dialust can offer suggestions for space partitioning. 
 
When the work is more than 100 km from Bucharest extrapret is called.
